After several years as the exclusive, licensed fabricators of Surfblanks foam in the US, we are happy to introduce our proprietary blank formula: ARCTIC FOAM. Developed by us with consultation, assistance and direction from top foam manufacturers from around the globe, ARCTIC FOAM broke into the North American and Hawaii markets in February 2011, taking the surfboard shaping industry by storm. Why? Because at Arctic, we are dedicated to providing superior polyurethane surfboard and paddleboard foam that is unrivaled in strength, weight, liveliness and ARCTIC WHITENESS.

All ARCTIC FOAM blanks are made with the surfer in mind. We strive to ensure ARCTIC FOAM produces a light, white, strong surfboard that will maintain its lively performance characteristics for the life of the board.

From the traditional Malibu longboard through recreational, tow-in and high performance team/competition models, we offer a variety of densities across all blanks to meet your custom and production needs. Along with our rocker and stringer options, either standard or custom, we offer the shaper/designer literally hundreds of combinations to allow you to build the best boards ever made.

Foam Corps is now accepting larger production surfboard blank orders from both domestic and international customers. We also have a regular schedule of delivery of orders that are 16 units or larger for the Southern California region from Imperial Beach to Santa Barbara.
